Petroleum Engineering
The Petroleum Engineering Department (Reservoir Engineering Branch) was founded
as a separate department of Chemical Engineering Faculty of TMU in 2012. In the
same year, the department started admitting tuition-paying students (known as financially
self-sustained campus). This departments mission is training specialists in accordance
with international standards and in line with graduate educational systems. The
teaching body of the department presently consists of five full-time and one guest
professor. This department plans to establish other petroleum-related fields in
a near future. Research areas offered for present and future students at this department
