Process Engineering


 

The department of chemical engineering was founded in 1984 in the faculty of Chemical Engineering. The department's mission revolved around the training of experts at MSc and PhD level in chemical engineering, especially for petroleum, gas and petro-chemical industries. Presently, this department is involved in educational / research activities of three disiplines including process design, separation engineering and thermo-kinetics. This department benefits from the service of 10 full-time faculty members who are well-known at national and international academic circles. Research activities of the department are conducted in 10 laboratories equipped with new facilities under the supervision of faculty members and specialists. This department is among the first selection priorities of top students all over the country. Research areas for interested individuals are available as follow:
