Applied Designing


 

The Applied Design Department operates as one of the subcategories within the Mechanical Engineering Faculty of the Technical and Engineering Faculty, focusing on the following two main areas:

  • Dynamics, Vibrations, and Control
  • Mechanics of Solids and Impact

One of the primary objectives of this department is to educate specialists, designers, researchers, and educators. Graduates of this program pursue careers in industrial and research centers, contributing to the planning, analysis, implementation, monitoring, and resolution of scientific and industrial challenges within the field of mechanical engineering in the country.
The department is equipped with specialized laboratories covering areas such as dynamics, control, vibrations, impact mechanics, fracture mechanics, pressure vessels, composites, and additive manufacturing.
