Dr. Nahla Gharavi Nayini was born in Tehran in 1331(S) (1952) with a math diploma from Marajan Kharazmi high school in 1349 and a bachelor of chemistry from Sharif University of Technology in 1353. She then participated in the examination of the masters degree in Quran and hadiths for her interest in 1365and in 1368, she graduated from the Faculty of Theology and Islamic Sciences of Tehran University and in 1372 received her Ph.D. in Tarbiat Modarres University. She is currently a professor of Quran and Hadith Sciences at Tarbiat Modares University and is a member of the editorial board of several scientific and research journals and a member of the Board of Directors of the Quran and Hadith Sciences Society of Iran. She has published five research titles and about 50 articles in journals and 20 papers presented at internal and international conferences and two research projects.
Abstract The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) gathered all Muslims who had come to last hajj (Hajj al-wida) in place GhadirKhum, where the caravans were to separate from each other in order to return to their cities, then He recited his Sermon which mentioned the guardian (leadership) of Ali bin Abitalib (A) for all Muslims. This is mentioned in Ayah 55 Surah Al-Maidah:” Verily, your guardians (after) Allah are His Messenger and the believers. Those who establish prayer and pay alms while they are bowing down (in prayer)'.

Nowadays, women rights is one of the most important, controversial, and challenging topics in political and law circles. The fact that family, as the building block of the society, plays undeniable role in the stability and eminence of the society makes a thorough and critical evaluation of the rights and duties of women, the indispensible member of the Islamic family, a necessary and invaluable task. Islamic women studies, as part of an academic curriculum will provide necessary intellectual and human resources.
